French speaking Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Bishop Auckland
Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum
Ref: 2349FG
Main duties:
To deliver outstanding customer service, sales and marketing support to develop the European market.
The Role:
– To maintain records of existing clients, ensuring all information is up to date
– To be responsible for creating new accounts in the system
– To actively support the sales team in generating sales leads
– To reach out to potential customers in order to collect information for marketing purposes
– To provide assistance to customers with their enquiries regarding orders, invoices, products, and pricing through both phone and email communication
– To manage orders and provide updates regarding deliveries
– To prepare export documentation
– To carry out general administrative tasks on a daily basis
Candidate's Profile
– Fluent in French (written and spoken) essential
– Knowledge of German language would be a strong advantage
– Previous experience within Export Sales, Order processing or Sales Support is required
– Excellent administration and communication skills
– High level of commercial awareness
– Computer literate (MS Office), CRM and ERP system knowledge
