About the Role: As a Business Partner at Savanta, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the People/HR agenda within the organization. You will have a broad and holistic view of the company, considering various HR functions and their interdependencies. Your responsibilities will involve partnering with business leaders to provide guidance and support on people-related issues. One of your key objectives will be to help create a culture of high performance, engagement, and continuous improvement throughout Savanta. This means working closely with leaders and employees to foster an environment that encourages productivity, innovation, and collaboration. You will be a visible People coach to the business, offering guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and initiatives. Additionally, part of your role will involve training and coaching other members of the global People/HR teams. By sharing your expertise and contributing to their development, you will help establish a trusted centre of excellence within the organization. About You: To succeed in this role, you will have: Substantial experience at HRA/HRBP level.
