IT 1st Line Support Technician
This role will see you undertake 1st line IT support tasks, such as the following:
Capturing, managing and completing IT support tickets
Answering phone and providing support (can be remote desktop support)
Research/Quoting/Ordering of IT equipment
Updating and maintenance of IT equipment and networks
Drop-off/Pick-up of equipment and supplies for multiple-departments
Fault finding and diagnostics
Hardware maintenance & upgrades
Managing user accounts across various systems
QA Testing of new systems Experience & Skills Required
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
Accurate data entry and administration skills
Good communication skills; both verbal and written
Extremely organised
Experience in Windows & Mac OS
Knowledge of Unix/Linux is preferable
Ability to research problems independently and offer solutions

Salary :- £25,000
Location :- Nether Poppleton
Hours: 8:45 – 5:30 Monday to Thursday & 8:45 – 5:00 Friday (1 Hour Lunch)
