As a Warranty Administrator, you'll play a vital role in managing depot warranty claims effectively and efficiently, ensuring maximum claim success while meeting monthly financial targets. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Building strong customer relationships
2. Verifying parts and labour times
3. Submitting warranty claims
4. Providing essential information to the warranty department
Drawing on your proven track record in parts/service sales within the Construction or similar industry, you'll excel in commercial awareness, attention to detail, and customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel is essential, with experience in ADP/Kerridge Systems and RTC Workshop Management Systems being highly desirable.
