About the Company: This leading provider of staircases for mid-sized developments across the south of England works with many reputable clients, including Imperial Homes, Sigma, and Cala Homes. The company sells staircases ranging from £2,000 to £15,000 to house builders, with projects varying from a few houses to large-scale developments. Their largest contract to date was a £450,000 order (300 staircases at £1,500 each). This family-owned business boasts a fantastic, supportive office culture. The open-plan office includes a pool table, reflecting a "work hard, play hard" ethos. A gong even celebrates successful deals Their unique selling proposition (USP) is the personalized approach of measuring up every job, setting them apart from online competitors. About the Role: £35,000 base salary £45,000-£50,000 OTE No cold calling - the telesales team will arrange your client meetings. Focus on meeting pre-qualified clients, presenting products, closing sales, and nurturing existing accounts. Collaborate with the estimating team to finalize quotes after securing deals. Primarily office-based, with occasional client visits. Commission structure tied to KPIs and sales revenue. Valid driving license required.
