The role… We are seeking an experienced Culture and Engagement Advisor to lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, drive inclusion, and contribute to the creation of a positive work environment. This role focuses on understanding the needs and sentiments of our people, implementing effective employee listening strategies, and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across all levels of the organisation. On a day to day basis you can expect to be: Helping to develop, manage, and analyse employee engagement surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms to understand employee sentiment and drive positive change. Collaborating with HR and leadership to transform insights into actionable strategies for enhancing employee satisfaction and productivity. Assisting in the development and growth of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) & DEI communities, providing guidance, structure, and resources. Facilitating DEI-related events, workshops, and awareness campaigns to celebrate diversity and promote and inclusive workplace. Assisting to develop and maintain a consistent communication strategy that celebrates diversity and highlights the organisation’s commitment to an inclusive workplace. Working closely with HR, department heads, and employee resource groups (ERGs) to ensure that engagement and DEI initiatives are integrated into broader business goals. To be successful in the role you will need: Previous experience in employee engagement, DEI, and/or culture management roles, ideally within a mid- to large-sized organisation. Experience of involvement in successful engagement or DEI programmes, managing employee listening tools and interpreting data for actionable insights. Understanding of DEI principles, with a history of championing diversity. Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
