We have a fantastic opportunity to join our HR Team as a HR Shared Services Assistant on a fixed term (12 months, Maternity cover), full-time (37 hours per week) basis.\n\nAs a HRSS Assistant, you will be acting as the first point of contact for all HR related queries, via phone, email and in person; responding promptly, whilst managing expectations effectively. To be customer focused at all times and deliver a high level of service to the organisation and external candidates. To be familiar with HR policies, procedures, and guidance to provide accurate and up to date information.
