About the role
As an Assistant Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to achieve retail goals and deliver excellent customer and patient experiences. You will work with the Store Manager or Hub Store Manager to help the business grow and adapt. Responsibilities include managing store performance, connecting with the community, and developing strategies to optimize patient care and profitability. You will report to a Store Manager or Hub Store Manager.
