About you You may be a talented Recruiter (with recruitment experience from any sector) who is now keen to work in a more autonomous environment and ready for an exciting challenge with a small but growing recruitment practice. You must however possess the ability to consult deeply with end-user clients to achieve effective talent selection outcomes and will have an entrepreneurial mindset. This diverse and interesting consulting remit entails: Assess and intuitively understand business requirements to identify suitable candidates via the company's pre-existing networks and targeted/direct applications. Consulting deeply with end users on talent requirements and career aspirations alike Proactive and strategic business development and networking Screening and assessing candidates thoroughly to match client needs/specification Create and maintain relationships to C-Level in organisations ranging from developing SMEs to corporate groups. Write engaging job adverts designed to attract relevant candidates. Help create, manage, and monitor the effectiveness of social media posts relevant to the industry. To apply for this opportunity, you should possess the following experience and skillsets: Agency recruitment experience - 2 years minimum essential Resilience, determination, drive and ambition Stable, progressive career history Comfortable working from a central Rugby office x2 days per week (with flexible home working x3 days) Educated to degree level or equivalent What’s on offer?
