Job Title: Strategist/Senior Strategist - brand innovation
Holidays: 20 days per year + bank hols pro-rata
Salary: £35k-£50k DOE
Job location: 3 Days in our offices in Sheffield, 2 days
working virtually with regular trips to London/South East
As we continue to expand our client base we are now looking for someone to bring next level thinking to our projects. We are looking to find a super creative, brand world-savvy Senior Strategist who is fuelled by the joy of the new - who finds a ‘eureka moment’ in the supermarket, shower or by the laptop.
We are looking for someone who is creatively empowered, confident and sparkly to help champion our business.
We win against the ‘big boy’ agencies because we are unapologetically single-minded in our belief that the best way to innovate is to stay creative through bringing new inspiration to the table.
We’re a small but VERY mighty team of industry legends and now we are looking for someone who can pack a punch who is curious, a natural collaborator, a confident voice, an expert at carefully putting forward strategic arguments.

You will have the following related skills & experience:
* Bachelor's degree in a field related to design, strategy, consumer research or innovation.
* A portfolio of past projects you can share with us that have been about shifting the dial for consumer brands.
* A track record in working in fast-moving consumer goods.
* Be a communication whizz, confident, outgoing, approachable, empathetic and supportive.
* A creative story-teller - a Keynote BOSS.
* Be a great multi-talker, keeping an eye on the big picture and another on the detail at all times.
* Have a good eye for design & visual communication.
* Happy to ‘hold the pen’ - feel confident articulating ideas, findings and recommendations with top-level clients.
* Have good experience running and supporting in design-thinking workshops.
* Have a desire to help nurture the next generation of amazing strategists.
