Are you a Registered Learning Disability Nurse? Are you a positive leader? Are you a skilled communicator and an effective problem solver? Are you passionate about providing excellent care?
We are looking for registered Learning Disability Nurses to join our Community Learning Disability Teams across Manchester. You will be working as part of a nursing led team with wider support from the multi-disciplinary community based team. The role will involve leading and contributing to the effective provision of services to people with a learning disability, complex needs and Autism.

Main duties of the job
1. To provide and manage a caseload of people who use the service using evidenced based and person centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
2. This will involve working within a multi-disciplinary team with the emphasis on quality service delivery through holistic assessment and identification of needs.
3. To participate in project and group work to enhance service delivery, in order to meet national and local targets.
4. To contribute to the planning, delivery and evaluation of both professional and service developments.
