We are looking for a Programme Manager to join the Capital Development senior leadership team. The post-holder will be required to lead a team of in-house project managers to successfully develop and manage delivery of the capital programme for Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust (BHT).
Key Responsibilities:
The post-holder will be required to provide expert construction and technical advice to deliver the capital programme, which includes a number of high value schemes.
The Programme Manager will support and advise the Deputy Director of Capital Development and other senior managers in the physical delivery of the BHT Capital Programme in line with agreed project and Trust governing service objectives, achieving long-term benefits to patients, staff, and clinical service delivery.
Minimum Requirements:
A construction professional (RIBA, RICS, ICE or similar) with considerable post-qualification and project management experience; demonstrating a thorough understanding of development and project delivery in the acute healthcare sector or similar service environment.
