We are looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new two-bed EBD children’s home in New Brighton, Merseyside. Your Role as Registered Manager As the driving force behind this new service, you will: Take the lead in overseeing the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and regulations. Build and inspire a highly motivated care team, fostering a culture of positivity and excellence. Champion the needs of young people by developing tailored care plans and risk assessments that help them achieve positive outcomes. Build strong relationships with children, families, and external professionals to deliver seamless, holistic care. Maintain rigorous safeguarding standards and compliance with all relevant legislation. Oversee budgets, administration, and resources to keep the home running smoothly and efficiently. Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of care, promoting diversity, inclusion, and a welcoming atmosphere. What We Are Looking For To excel in this role, you will need: A proven track record as a Deputy or Registered Manager in a children’s residential setting. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards it). A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and best practice in childcare. Leadership, communication, and organisational skills to inspire your team and deliver outstanding care. A genuine commitment to improving the lives of children and young people.
