Warehouse Team Leader/Bendi Driver
📍 Location : Pershore
📅 Schedule : Sunday to Thursday (40 hours per week, start/finish times TBC).
Overtime may be required based on operational needs.
💷 Pay : £13.35 per hour
* Sunday Uplift : Additional pay for Sunday shifts.
* Saturday Overtime : 1 in 4 rota basis.
Are you an experienced Warehouse Team Leader with a valid Bendi Truck Licence? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team in Pershore!
Key Responsibilities :
* Leading and motivating the warehouse team to meet daily targets.
* Safe and efficient operation of Bendi Trucks.
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and operational procedures.
* Supporting stock management and distribution tasks.
* Flexibility to work overtime as required to meet demand.
What We’re Looking For :
* Proven leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
* Valid and up-to-date Bendi Truck licence.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Team player with a proactive attitude.
