Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood – Parts Operations Internship - 13 months (July 2025)
During this 13-month internship, the successful candidate will be exposed not only to practical business challenges on a daily basis but to longer-term improvement projects which will benefit the whole Aftersales Business. The intern will be a vital asset to support the team from analysis, planning, and implementation point of view, and will be able to network within Parts Operations and with other Rolls-Royce departments.
What awaits you?
1. Supply chain / packaging improvements across multiple suppliers to improve material flow and reduce operational costs.
2. Process mapping of the kitting process leading to better inventory accuracy and improved process.
3. Stock analysis, supporting the inventory function to improve stock accuracy.
4. Daily and weekly reporting to monitor various performance KPIs.
5. Creation of other reports & data analysis.
6. Supporting other projects on an on-demand basis.
7. Process improvements for the teams of Parts Operations department.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Studying towards a bachelor’s degree and on track to achieve a 2:1 or above.
2. Analytical, logical and self-motivated individual.
3. Able to think creatively and off own initiative.
4. Multi-task whilst maintaining structure and attention to detail.
5. Good communication skills with ability to assert oneself.
6. Good knowledge of MS Office package.
