About The Role We're looking for aResourcing Partner to join our team tocoordinate day to day recruitment activity across your designated business region, working on priority homes to support with recruitment and retention. You will partner your hiring managers to deliver an exemplary end to end resourcing service for all permanent, FTC, temporarily and hard to fill positions, including advertising, proactive sourcing, screening, shortlisting and interviews. There is administration support but an expectation is to support with offers and on-boarding. You will already have experience as a recruiter providing a professional, consultative and pro-active recruitment service, to hiring managers and candidates ensuring best practice, value for money and fit to organisational goals and values. Key to our on-going success and plans for future growth is ensuring that we have the right people in place at the right time to drive our organisational objectives. It is an extremely busy role with high levels of activity. You will need to be used to working in a fast paced, flexible environment.
