Job Title: Sales Account Manager – IT Managed Services Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE Location: Leeds - 2-3 days WFH We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team, specializing in IT Managed Services, Cyber, Networking, & Hardware. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their IT needs, and offering tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target new business opportunities Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, providing exceptional service and support - "land and expand model" Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client requirements and present suitable IT support services. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets, with the mentorship and support of senior management if required. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT trends and solutions to provide expert guidance. Skills & Qualifications: Proven track record in IT Sales - ideally £10k GP per month upwards Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and managed services is a plus.
