The Opportunity:
TTW is going through an exciting growing phase, and our HR team has a key part to play in this journey. This role will report directly to our experienced Senior HR manager. This role will assist the HR team with administrative and operational support throughout the employee lifecycle with a high level of accuracy.

You will:
* Assist with the coordination of Learning & Development initiatives and support the HR team with various HR initiatives and projects.
* Help coordinate key HR processes including onboarding, inductions, employment changes, and offboarding.
* Assist with the recruitment process including advertising, screening applicants, organizing interviews, and reference checking.
* Support with the yearly intake of engineering interns and graduates.
* Manage HR administration including employment contracts, letters, and reporting.
* Maintain accurate records within personnel files and the HR Information System.
* Preparation of HR-related documents, research, and reports.
About you:
This role is ideally suited to someone with:
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources (or a degree with a major in HR).
* At least 1 year of experience in an HR role.
* General understanding of employment law, modern awards, and employment contracts.
* Proficiency in the use of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Outlook.
* Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills including the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
* Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and senior management.
* High level of professional integrity with the ability to always maintain confidentiality.
