About Our Client
Public sector client who have several sites across Northamptonshire. Looking for support within their Housing department.
Job Description
1. Work to Schedule Stock Conditions Surveys.
2. Work within the Housing and Property Repairs Department.
3. Assist Project Officers and Managers with Schedules of work, staffing and stock.
4. Be the point of contact for initial Repair enquiries.
The Successful Applicant
1. Strong Administrator.
2. Ideally have a Housing/Property background in order to understand the Schedules and Repair process.
3. Excellent organisation skills and able to multi-task.
4. IT skills.
5. Good communicator and telephone manner.
6. Able to work on site in Kettering.
7. Ability to work as part of a team but also be pro-active and able to work on own initiative.
What's on Offer
1. Full Time Hours - 37 Hours/Week.
2. Ongoing Interim Contract for up to 6 Months.
3. £15/Hour including Holiday Pay (possibly negotiable tbc).
4. Starting ASAP.
