Administration Team Leader Full-Time / 37hrs / Mon-Fri Warwick (Free Parking Onsite) Salary: Above Market Average Our client, a prestigious professional services firm are seeking an Administration Team Leader to join their expanding team. Role & Responsibilities: Leading and managing a busy administration team to ensure the high levels of performance Conduct effective 1-2-1s, performance improvement plans, and personal development plans Monitor and oversee the achievement of individual staff members, team and overall department SLAs and targets providing on the job feedback, technical and customer support Ensure that all aspects of regulatory compliance are adhered to and excellence in both customer and client service is consistently achieved including 1stline quality checking and exception reporting with a view to continuously improving the output of the team Monitor and ensure that all processes are executed in a timely manner and in line with both regulatory guidance and rules Ensure the team operates within all set KPIs Monitor and manage the teams' levels of annual leave, absence, lateness and breaks/lunches throughout each shift to ensure maximisation of productivity and performance Support senior management activities including recommendations for process improvements, provision of information and support for client meetings, performance reviews and audits as required Handle escalated calls / manager calls where necessary and therefore dealing directly with the customer and their circumstances - finding the most suitable outcome Interviewing and training new members of the team To ensure that all correspondence is processed in an efficient manner which ensures that we maintain and improve profitability whilst maximising the potential for recovery This is a brilliant role with an excellent company, who take the progression of their team seriously.
