At the heart of their success lies a commitment to their people. As HR Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the development, engagement, and wellbeing of staff while driving the organisation’s continued growth. Key responsibilities will include:
HR Administration
* Prepare and manage HR documentation, including contracts and correspondence
* Maintain accurate employee records (e.g., annual leave, sickness, Right to Work checks)
* Ensure employee files are complete and compliant with company policies
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
* Coordinate training programs, liaising with providers and maintaining certification records
* Create and maintain reports and analytics for management
Recruitment and Onboarding
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding
* Draft offer letters, contracts, and ensure references and Right to Work checks are completed
* Assist with new employee induction programmes
Employee Relations
* Advise and support managers on HR policies and procedures
* Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture
* Drive employee engagement initiatives, including forums and feedback programmes
Compliance and Regulations
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
* Maintain Right to Work documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory changes
* Complete Fair Employment and Article 55 monitoring returns
Criteria:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A strong understanding of Employment Law and HR best practices.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
