About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team at Reboot Recruit. As a Service Desk Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional technical support to our clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients. You will utilize various tools to monitor and manage problems proactively, prevent issues from arising, and assist with setting up and resolving customer equipment-related issues.
Log all incidents in our Service Desk system as required and follow established procedures and processes. Take ownership of client incidents and work proactively to resolve them, keeping clients informed regarding status updates.
Additionally, you will work on projects under the guidance of senior engineers, develop good working relationships with clients, establish a solid understanding of their business needs and issues, and consistently document knowledge base with client information and fixes.
