Marketing Executive
Location: Crewe (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Marketing Executive with a strong focus on Digital Marketing. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for executing various digital marketing initiatives, including creating engaging landing pages, running effective paid and organic advertising campaigns, implementing successful email marketing campaigns, and measuring performance through analytics.
Experience with CRM systems, analysing paid and organic web traffic, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimise marketing efforts would be highly advantageous. If you are a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing, we would like to hear from you.
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development: Support the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies for Brown & Brown businesses in line with company objectives and brand values. Uphold the company’s mission statement and values.
2. Campaign Management: Coordinate and design marketing campaigns for sales activities. Plan and implement promotional campaigns including advertising and sponsorship support. Set up PPC campaigns.
3. Content Creation: Create and publish all marketing material in line with company and compliance guidelines. Draft copy and proofread content. Copywriting, create blogs, and content for new pages to be published on the company website.
4. Brand Management: Adhere to brand guidelines and corporate identity. Support the wider team to improve the company’s presence on all social media channels.
5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
6. Lead Generation: Support the wider team to manage and improve lead generation. Review current affiliates and explore new partnerships. Ensure all activity is in line with marketing budget.
7. Digital Presence: Support the team in updating websites and intranet using WordPress. Support with the marketing integration of future acquisitions.
8. Relationship Management: Liaise and build relationships across the business. Liaise with team mates and line manager regularly to ensure consistent processes are followed and adhered to.
9. Team Support: Assist the marketing team with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects and activities as requested. Ensure tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
10. Creative Input: Bring creative thinking to the table to help develop new marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in WordPress, Google AdWords, and social media platforms.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
