Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Respecting the rights, needs, and dignity of clients while ensuring their behaviour is safe for themselves and others.
* Creating a calm, positive, and supportive atmosphere that enhances the clients' physical and emotional health, security, individuality, and self-esteem.
* Assisting with all aspects of personal care.
* Creating opportunities for clients to build and maintain personal relationships and social networks that encourage their active participation in the community.
* Promptly reporting any incidents, suspicions, or signs of physical or verbal abuse, neglect, or harm, in line with our Whistleblowing Policy and Procedure.
* Ensuring that all medications are securely stored and administered properly and safely.
* Monitoring the clients' well-being and progress, and documenting observations.
* Providing feedback to your line manager regarding any aspects of client care that may require investigation or immediate attention.
