Pivotal Partners is exclusively partnered to scale a Series B ($90mil) DevOps Vendor. We are looking to expand our EMEA presence by hiring our field marketing manager in the region to help with our growing customer base and to build and own the region. Responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns tailored to specific regions, working closely with sales teams to generate high-quality leads and drive revenue.
Role: Senior Field Marketing Manager.
Location: UK, ideally London.
Salary: Up to £80K + bonus.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Plan, manage, and execute field events, trade shows, webinars, and roadshows.
* Collaborate closely with sales teams to drive lead generation and conversion.
* Develop localized content and campaigns to engage prospects and customers.
* Analyze marketing performance and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
* Build relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders.
* Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact marketing initiatives.
About You
* 3+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or a similar role from a DevOps Vendor within SaaS.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Experience working closely with sales teams to support pipeline growth.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics and reporting.
* Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
