Job Role: Field Service Engineer (Agricultural/Horticultural Machinery)
Location: Cirencester, Gloucestershire (accepting applications from surrounding counties)
Salary: £30,000-£40,000 (OTE £45,000-£50,000+) - paid door to door
Hours: Monday-Friday #removed#:00 + Door to Door Paid + Overtime @ 1.5x

The client:
Interaction Technical have partnered with a growing, world leading manufacturer of Agricultural Engineering Equipment based in the Gloucestershire area to support the growth of their engineering team. Due to the growth of the business, our client is now looking to add an electromechanical field engineer in and around the Cirencester area to maintain, repair and service an array of Agricultural machinery.
The package:
32 days holiday including bank holidays - increasing with service
All overtime after 37.5 hours paid at 1.5X midweek, x2 on Sundays and Bank Holidays (£22.50-£30.50 per hour)
Plenty of overtime available per week (average availability is 15-20 hours) Min (5 hours): Additional £5,850pa / Average (15 hours): Additional £17,550pa
Holiday overtime pay - paid in May (£1,500 paid last year)
Ongoing commitment to training and progression
Pension scheme - 3% employee minimum, 8% employer
Company van, Fuel Card, mobile phone etc
All Travel Time, Expenses paid from home to/from site.

The Duties:
Accurately diagnosing faults, servicing and carrying out emergency repairs/breakdowns on agricultural machinery (tractors, combiners, Bailers etc)
Travel to customer sites to ensure all machinery is maintained and repaired to the highest quality.
Carry out diagnostics to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on agricultural and horticultural machinery
The ability to work independently within the customer sites and collaborate with colleagues to ensure documentation and the perfect solution is offered.
Working on engines, batteries and hydraulics, alongside mechanical and electrical fault finding and repairs.
Liaising with clients to diagnose faults and find solutions for them.
The Requirements:
Previous experience working with hydraulics, alongside mechanical and electrical capabilities (essential)
Previous experience working within the Agricultural industry experience (essential)
Electrical and/or Mechanical fault finding, repair & service experience (advantageous)
Experience working with engines and batteries (advantageous)
Relevant qualifications NVQ or City and Guilds in mechanical/electrical engineering (advantageous)
Full UK Drivers License
