Your new role
As Interim HR Manager, you will work 3 days per week in a hybrid manner from the London office supporting the build-out and development of the People and Culture offerings within the business, as well as reviewing the Target Operating Model and making recommendations and suggestions for future-proofing the business.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent. The successful candidate will have a proven background as an HR Manager within an SME, fast-paced commercial business. You will be able to demonstrate experience working in a standalone environment, developing the people offering across the annual HR lifecycle, as well as reviewing target operating models. You should be able to start a new role on short notice and commit to working 3 days per week for a 3-6 month duration. It is essential that 2 of the 3 days will be completed in the central London office.
