The Role: Joining our friendly and supportive Business Support Team as a Senior Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors to the Service’s local office. Working collaboratively with social workers and the community teams, you’ll focus on providing excellent administrative support to the wider Mental Health team to support the delivery of essential services to vulnerable adults within our community. In this a varied and challenging yet rewarding role, you’ll use your excellent communication skills to respond effectively to routine enquiries both verbally and in writing. Our Senior Administrative Assistants need a strong customer focus, to build relationships and establish internal networks of contacts. Your prioritisation and organisational skills will support you in approaching your varied tasks flexibly and confidently, ensuring you meet deadlines without compromising accuracy. Following training and using your established IT skills, including Word and Excel, you'll use a range of systems and digital tools to manage clients’ records and ensure information is kept up to date. Your previous administrative experience, ideally within a customer focused environment will enable you to provide the highest standard of customer care, whilst supporting your colleagues to deliver a robust and resilient service. In this hybrid working role, you’ll be home based for part of the week and based in the office for a minimum of one day per week. During your induction and training you will be expected to be in the office daily.
