Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and experienced General Manager to lead the operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in managing late-night venues or nightclubs and be committed to delivering elite customer service in a high-profile, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily operations of the venue, ensuring smooth and safe running of all functions
Deliver a world-class customer experience for our members and VIP guests
Lead, recruit, train, and develop the staff team to maintain high standards
Manage venue licensing, compliance, and health & safety requirements
Handle communications with authorities and regulatory bodies
Schedule and supervise office work (approx. 2 days/week) and operational shifts (approx. 3 nights/week until 5am)
Drive marketing and promotion initiatives to increase member engagement and grow brand awareness
Report directly to Directors and play a key role in shaping the identity of the club
Requirements:
Proven experience managing a nightclub or late-night hospitality venue
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach
Exceptional customer service mindset and VIP/clientele management experience
Personal License holder with in-depth understanding of managing licensed premises
Confident dealing with authorities and regulatory bodies
Passion or interest in marketing and promotional strategy (preferred)
Available to work late-night hours and weekends, including public holidays as required
