An exciting opportunity working for a leading global player in the nutrition industry. As the business continues to grow, they are hiring for a Field Sales (Growth) Manager to develop the distribution team and drive business growth in the marketplace. The ideal candidate will be someone with experience in building distributor relationships with a genuine interest in the nutrition/fitness industry. As a key member of the sales team, this role will work closely with the Country Director to drive business growth across the UK and surrounds. Success in this role will come from building strong, one-on-one relationships both internally and externally. Your time will be spent both in the Field and at events, where you'll gain insights into what drives success and how to translate those insights into sustainable growth and increased sales for the countries. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, effortlessly switching between analysing metrics, delivering group presentations, and coaching to deliver results. Responsibilities: Conduct regular field visits, in order to regularly provide field insights, feedback and reports to the Country Director. Intimate knowledge of Distributors practices and have the necessary relationship that allows open and honest communication. Knowledge of metrics, and ability to analyse relevant sales and DS statistics to identify strongest and weakest performing areas / gaps will ensure that the market duplicates sustainable and duplicable models. Conduct one to one meetings or organisation meetings with members, with the aim to add value to their business. Identify ideas to help the overall country with local events or local initiatives that are aligned with the leaders. Ability to decipher promotional ideas / initiatives from member metrics. Have an in-depth understanding of the members daily methods of operations and the way they conduct their businesses. Responsible for monthly leadership report identifying pulse of the market. Lead and work with Committees to drive and influence sales initiatives, event content and agreed implementations. Ensure all field activities and insights are collated and presented in a professional, timely and effective manner - as agreed with Sales Senior Manager. Attend monthly meetings / HOMs / other relevant local trainings as an Ambassador of the Company, as well as National, Regional and International events - as required. Learn and understand best practices, challenges and opportunities within the field, in order to promote and share where necessary, in line with growth agenda. Lead overall organization in identifying and mapping out business strengths and market requirements while understanding any threats and competitor activities. Experience required: Relationship Management: Ability to quickly establish rapport with all levels of DS from variety of backgrounds to achieve common objectives and enhancing a sense of community. Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills. Impactful presentation, facilitation and mediation capability. Able to converse with and present to all levels of senior management and distributors. Influencing and Coaching: expertly coach members to identify an achieve their goals while managing resistance. Resilient and independent: able to work with minimal supervision. Result oriented, works consistently to achieve established goals. Analytically skilled by using insight from data to identify opportunities and tackle barriers. Customer service mindset while being a strong Brand Ambassador. At least 5 years of experience in a similar field role where you can demonstrate strategic execution Strong understanding of the nutrition industry, products, and market dynamics. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
