Robert Half is recruiting for a Governance Assistant on behalf of a leading organisation in the real estate sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and hardworking professional to support corporate governance, compliance, and risk management functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Company Secretary in maintaining governance frameworks and company secretarial tasks across multiple entities.
* Support the preparation of Board and Committee reports.
* Administer contract execution, manage legal databases, and handle KYC/AML checks.
* Maintain corporate structures, bank accounts, and regulatory registrations.
* Assist in corporate risk management, including maintaining risk registers and preparing reports.
What We're Looking For:
* 3+ years' experience in a corporate governance, company secretarial, or paralegal role.
* Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to multitask.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and corporate governance systems.
* A proactive and ethical approach to work.
