Boston Best Construction LLC is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with a strong foundation in both residential and commercial construction. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage new client relationships in both residential and commercial sectors
* Generate, track, and follow up on leads and project bids
* Conduct site visits and customer consultations to assess needs
* Collaborate with project managers to create compelling proposals
* Negotiate and close contracts with clients
* Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
* Attend networking events and leverage industry contacts to generate opportunities
* Utilize CRM tools and software to manage sales pipeline and reporting
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry
* Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Self-starter with a purpose-driven mindset and high level of integrity
* Ability to read construction plans and understand scopes of work is a plus
* Technologically proficient (CRM, email, tablets/smartphones)
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
