We are looking for an additional Business Manager to join our growing school New Barn, in Newbury. About the role As School Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in the effective management and administration of a schools financial and operational functions. The position involves overseeing budgeting, financial planning and resource allocation to ensure the schools financial health. The School Business Manager will support and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Additionally, they work closely with the school leadership team to support strategic planning and contribute to the overall success of the school. About us New Barn School offers a broad, balanced and relevant curriculum to boys and girls, aged 6–19 years who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health complexities. New Barn School takes full advantage of its beautiful settings and fosters a love for using the outdoor curriculum including forest school, farm experiences and horse riding.
