The Registered Home Manager will be joining a well-established and supportive care provider with a strong presence in the sector since the 1990s. We are seeking an experienced CQC Registered Home Manager with an active NMC pin. The Registered Home Manager will come from successfully achieving good CQC ratings. Registered Home Manager Duties: Oversee daily operations to ensure safe, effective care. Manage staffing, budgeting, and bed occupancy. Ensure compliance with CQC standards, driving continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
