We're looking for a highly analytical person to join our commercial team as our Commercial Planning Business Partner on a 6 month fixed term basis. Reporting to our Head of Commercial Planning, you'll use your outstanding data analysis skills to identify opportunities within our Leased and Tenanted business and optimise pricing, promotions and sales initiatives from a B2B/B2C basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Pricing and Promotions: Assisting in evaluating B2B pricing strategies and B2B/B2C promotional activities to optimise revenue and profitability aligned with company objectives.
2. Sales Performance Tracking: Monitoring and analysing sales data across sites and product categories, preparing reports and presenting findings to aid in decision-making for senior leaders
3. Budget Support: Contributing to the ongoing analysis of sales levers, and performance versus targets.
4. Commercial Analytics: Using data analysis tools to evaluate the effectiveness of commercial initiatives, spotting areas for improvement, and propose actionable solutions.
5. Product Portfolio Management: Supporting the product management team in evaluating product performance
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with FP&A, marketing, operations, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial strategies and alignment across all departments.
You'll need to have a relevant degree with around 3 years experience within financial analysis, commercial planning or buying - you'll be highly analytical. If you've also worked within hospitality or retail, we want you to apply!
