As they continue to expand, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced SHEQ Manager to join our team. This is a stand-alone role with 100% accountability and responsibility for the site's Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and ISO standards. Key Responsibilities: Full responsibility for the site's Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards. Manage and maintain ISO 9001 and 14001 compliance across the site. Lead and conduct internal audits, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are met. Monitor, report, and drive improvements in health, safety, quality, and environmental performance. Provide guidance and support on SHEQ issues to the management team, ensuring a safe working environment. Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety procedures and protocols. Coordinate and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations. Qualifications & Experience: NEBOSH qualified. Experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems. Environmental IEMA qualification is ideal. Experience in the Manufacturing sector is essential; Highways experience would be highly advantageous. A proactive approach to managing Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality processes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
