About the Role
As a Class Teacher in our infant school, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom atmosphere where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn. You will plan and deliver exciting lessons, assess children’s progress, and collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the development of each child. You will be:

Experience Required
* Teaching throughout Early Years & Key Stage 1
* Experience of working collaboratively with other colleagues
* Working in partnership with parents and other stakeholders
Knowledge and Understanding
* The theory and practice of providing effectively for the individual needs of all children (e.g. classroom organisation and learning strategies)
* Statutory National Curriculum requirements at the appropriate key stage
* Monitoring, assessment, recording and reporting of pupils’ progress
* Effective teaching and learning styles
* Cross curricular learning and teaching
* Effective behavior management strategies
Abilities
* Promote the school/trust aims positively, and use effective strategies to monitor motivation and morale
