What You’ll Learn
Over twoyears, you’ll be immersed in our data management principles andstrategic frameworks. Start with a bootcamp to quickly get up tospeed with our Group and why data is fundamental for our future andhow we evolve to support our customers. Then, undertake twoplacements to develop core skills.
You’ll be matched up with a buddy or mentor to support you andoffer guidance throughout the scheme, and you’ll have access totechnical and business-aligned training, including platforms suchas Viva Learning and Learning Management systems, to further helpyour development.
With opportunities forextracurricular activities to expand your skills and experienceacross the bank, and with introductions to colleague networks,you’ll make great connections to further your career.
The Work You Could Be Doing
* Setting up and implementingdata management policies andprocedures.
* Modernising and standardising datamanagement approaches.
* Collecting, aggregating,and integrating data from varioussources.
* Applying analytics to extract insightsfor strategic decisions.
* Monitoring andreporting on data-driven outcomes.
* Creatingdashboards, reports, and presentations to shareinsights.
* Collaborating with other teams tosupport their data needs.
* Identifying andaddressing data vulnerabilities.
* Supporting theimplementation of the Group Datapolicy.
* Boosting data literacy and capabilityacross our Group.
Is This for You?
Requirements
A 2:2 degree or above in anysubject from any university. Students with a PhD or Masters degreeare also welcome.

Locations
Thisprogramme operates in various UK regional locations includingLondon, Edinburgh, Northwest (Manchester/Chester/Cheadle),Southwest (Bristol/Cardiff) and West Yorkshire (Leeds/Halifax)regions. You’ll select one of these regional locations and will bebased in various offices for the duration of your programme. Wesupport hybrid working, with all colleagues expected to spend aminimum of two days each week in the office you have beenplaced.
