The Role
* Lead and inspire a team of three in consultative, customer-centric roles.
* Drive sales forecasting and implement impactful strategies across the UK and Ireland.
* Build lasting relationships with key partners, distributors, and stakeholders.
* Provide mentorship and training to foster a high-performing sales team.
* Manage high-value accounts directly to unlock growth opportunities.
About You
* Proven success in sales management with a focus on channel teams.
* Track record of double-digit revenue growth and solution-selling expertise.
* Strong leadership abilities to inspire and develop teams.
* Experience in account management and strategic implementation.
* Knowledge of Learning & Development or IT channel operations is a plus.
