The Head of Cultural and Organisational Development collaborates with the Head of People Development to ensure the OD Practitioner effectively supports the Leadership Development team as needed. For accredited leadership programmes, fulfil all requirements related to candidate selection, programme delivery, assessment, verification, and record-keeping. Establish and maintain successful working relationships with external providers such as ILM, EMCC, universities, apprenticeship providers, and the NHS Leadership Academy. Partner with leaders and divisions to embed talent development into the organisational culture. Provide coaching to Trust leaders (training will be provided if not already a certified coach). Staff Engagement Design, facilitate, monitor, and evaluate engagement and involvement events with multi-disciplinary colleagues across the Trust. Support the Staff Experience and Culture Manager in preparing, promoting, and analysing the results of the annual NHS staff survey. Collaborate with divisional colleagues to identify, design, implement, monitor, and evaluate initiatives that improve staff engagement and experience, leveraging data from the annual NHS staff survey and other pulse surveys. Physical, Mental, and Emotional Effort Workload Management: Manage and prioritise a diverse portfolio of OD, leadership/talent development, staff engagement, and project-based responsibilities to meet deadlines and objectives.Physical Effort: The role involves a mix of desk-based work, meetings, and classroom/training delivery, requiring prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and presenting.
