Rebelle Cannabis is seeking a detail oriented and motivated individual to join us as an Administrative & Inventory/Order Fulfillment Specialist. Rebelle’s Grow/Process facility is located in Northampton, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience either in a cannabis production facility where they were responsible for tracking cannabis/non-cannabis inventory, building and fulfilling wholesale orders, creating compliant item labels, verifying item order counts, creating order manifest, and compliant order fulfillment including any and all METRC requirements, OR in a cannabis retail business where they were responsible for tracking cannabis/non-cannabis inventory, receiving and stocking wholesale orders, creating compliant item labels, verifying item order counts, receiving order manifest, and compliantly receiving orders including any and all METRC/internal software requirements. The Administrative & Inventory/Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for general administrative tasks along with fulfilling and tracking orders accurately while maintaining communication with the sales team. Job duties include but are not limited to: Organizing and fulfilling sales orders from Apex Scheduling deliveries for the internal delivery team Scheduling courier services for pickup and delivery when necessary Informing and delegating tasks for sales to the packaging team Ensuring accuracy of and real time inventory updates in Apex and Metrc Communicating with the sales team on all sales order updates Managing inventory of back stock products Procurement of Non Cannabis Inventory Weekly, Monthly, or As Needed Working as a team with the other members of the dept and company to achieve goals Using Metrc to track inventory and tag all products compliantly for sale Creating and adjusting labels used for packages Using the Google Suite platform to create and adjust spreadsheets for record keeping Operating the Inventory and fulfillment department in a manner that is compliant with State regulations at all times Conducting inventory audits to stay compliant with State regulations Taking product testing samples for laboratory analysis Requirements: Able to qualify for a CCC Agent Badge 6 months to a year METRC experience Computer and general software literacy Ability to operate and stay calm in a fast paced and dynamic environment Must be able to sit, stand, reach, and bend for long periods of time Must have reliable transportation and the ability to commute to Northampton, MA on a daily basis Preferred but not required: One year of cannabis industry experience One plus years of Metrc experience Experience using Google Sheets spreadsheets College degree Schedule: Full time (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
