Job Title: Office Manager Location: Wheathampstead Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum Overview: SOS Group are looking for a decisive and confident Office Manager in Wheathampstead for one of our key clients. This is a key position where you will oversee office operations, tenant management, invoicing, and training coordination. The role does not involve managing staff, but you will be the go-to person for ensuring smooth office operations and a well-managed environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable making decisions independently. Key Responsibilities: Training Coordination: Organize and manage training schedules, liaise with external training providers, and ensure all employees receive necessary training in a timely manner. Office Tenant Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for office tenants, addressing their needs, concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with office facilities and services. Invoicing & Administration: Manage invoicing processes for office space, including preparing, sending, and tracking invoices, ensuring timely payments, and resolving any billing issues. General Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office management, ensuring a well-functioning, tidy, and efficient office space. Decision-Making: Take a decisive approach to office-related matters, addressing issues promptly and confidently without the need for constant supervision. Requirements: Proven experience in office management or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and confidently make decisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Familiarity with invoicing software and office administration tools. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks. Desirable Skills: Experience in managing tenant relationships or office facilities. Experience with training administration and scheduling. Knowledge of accounting or finance principles related to invoicing and billing. Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000.
