Liaise with contractors and clients to raise and resolve queries related to specific aspects of formal documents, utilising our "Red Flag" list to identify and address potential issues.
Propose and implement necessary changes or updates to formal documents, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and review fee quotations, ensuring they comply with company policies, include all relevant terms, and maintain consistency across projects.
Collaborate with colleagues and legal support to seek technical advice on areas of uncertainty or new/unusual terms in contracts.
Prioritise documents in line with client expectations and credit control requirements to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
