Excellent opportunity for a standalone HR Manager to join this commercial organisation close to Stansted. The client is looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Manager (very much a Generalist role).
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage complex Employee Relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement etc.
* Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.
* Identify training needs and contribute to the development and implementation of individual and team learning and development plans.
* Provide first line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers.
* Provide advice on recruitment and selection strategies.
* Support the recruitment process – writing job descriptions and preparing interview questions and application forms etc.
* Manage inductions.
* Manage talent and succession planning.
* Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
Minimum Requirements:
* CIPD qualification or equivalent.
* Experience in dealing with complex ER cases.
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills, along with proven leadership capabilities and solid knowledge of employment legislation.
* Experience in developing and supporting line managers through change.
In return they offer a salary of £Negotiable (dependent on experience).
