Monday- Friday typically Location: Birmingham working across two locations in Chelmsley Wood and Maypole The Community Diagnostic Centre Following the Michael Richards report, in which it was highlighted that diagnostic services should be delivered taking a new approach to provide more accessibility to people in the community, away from acute settings, we at InHealth are excited to be partnering with the NHS to develop new Community Diagnostic Centres across the country to support this vision. We are delighted to be opening two new Community Diagnostic Centres in North Solihull (Chelmsley Wood) and South Birmingham (Maypole), and are actively recruiting now. What will you do: Right now, we are looking to recruit Phlebotomist into the team, who will also support with clinical assistant duties across the CDC as required. This role will work across both sites, but the Chelmsley Wood location will open first so you will start sole working there until the Maypole location opens in Summer. In this role you will support the running of our Phlebotomy clinics, being trained to be a competent and qualified Phlebotomist, while providing a high standard of care to all patients. You will also support the clinical assistant tam with reception duties and preparing patients for diagnostic examinations as required We are looking for someone who has Experience in a healthcare environment or a passion to work in healthcare Phlebotomy experience would be desirable Experience working in a customer facing role Strong administration skills Flexibility to working patterns An empathetic and caring approach A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service Experience working in a fast paced environment
