What you'll be doing: You'll work closely with a small team under the guidance of the Operations Team Leader providing direct communication with customers via telephone and email to provide unparalleled support and excellent service to our EV Charging Support network and the wider Connected Services customers. Location: Kents Hill Business Park, Milton Keynes Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 6am to 2pm, Monday to Friday, including bank/public holidays, and cover for absences as needed. Your responsibilities will include: - Communicate with customers via telephone and email, efficiently and warmly. - Provide excellent customer service at all times - Handle incoming EV Charging support requests - Pro-actively and calmly manage Emergency and Breakdown calls - Assist the Stolen Vehicle support team as required - Deal with emergency and breakdown calls (E-calls and B-calls). - Undertake various administrative tasks as requested - Adhere to service level agreements (SLA's) and GDPR regulations About You: You'll be based within commuting distance to our office in Kents Hill, Milton Keynes and have full rights to work in the UK. Successful applicants will have telephone customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre environment.
