TheRole:
Join our dynamic team as aSales Administrator where youll handle customer inquiries qualifypotential leads and provide tailored solutions. Youll support our 2other sales team members manage records and ensure seamlesscoordination between Sales & Installations. Were lookingfor excellent communicators with strong attention to detail who canthrive in a fastpaced environment. Ideal candidates will haveexperience in sales support customer relationship management and apassion for the renewables sector.
Responsibilities:
CustomerEngagement: Handle incoming inquiries qualifypotential customers conduct outbound followup calls understandcustomer needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain aprofessional and positive telephone manner to enhance customerexperience.
Sales Support andProcessing: Manage and process inbound sales leadspromptly and accurately support team members by answering incomingsales calls assist in scheduling meetings managing correspondenceand ensure seamless coordination between Sales &Installations staff.
SolutionDesign and Quotation Preparation: Engage withcustomers to determine if our products fit their needs performinitial qualifications and explorations provide indicative quotesand develop accurate cost estimates for competitivequotations.
Customer RecordManagement: Maintain organised uptodate customerrecords to support effective account management create detailedreports using Microsoft Office tools and generate and analyse salesreports to provide insights into performance againsttargets.
Client RelationshipManagement: Offer excellent customer servicethroughout the sales and aftersales process follow up on inquiriesto ensure satisfaction foster longterm relationships and promptlyaddress and resolve customer issues orconcerns.
Pipeline Development andContinuous Improvement: Strategically build thesales pipeline by collaborating with the team to form strongrelationships with internal stakeholders and customers stay updatedon industry trends and continuously enhance sales andadministrative processes.
