Engineering Graduate / Student Type: Full-Time - Graduate Opportunity About Us: Our client is a leading manufacturer serving global industries with high-performance precision engineering solutions. We are loking for a highly motivated recent graduate to play a key role in developing and enhancing our ERP/MRP systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment, working on real-world projects that drive operational efficiency and business improvement. The Role: Working closely with our Engineering, IT, and Manufacturing teams, you will support the development and implementation of our ERP/MRP system — focusing on Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and product costing. You’ll also play a crucial role in the rollout of shop floor data collection systems. Key Responsibilities: Build and implement Bills of Materials and manufacturing routing data Audit current ERP/MRP and costing systems Observe and analyse manufacturing processes Liaise with IT and Engineering teams to prepare and verify data Upload data into ERP/MRP systems and ensure accuracy Support the implementation of shop floor data collection systems About You: We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual with: A good understanding of mechanical/manufacturing engineering Knowledge of CNC & manual machining processes (lathes, milling, etc.) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Awareness of ERP/MRP systems, BOMs, routings, and costing principles Strong IT skills — particularly in databases and spreadsheets Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Why Join Us?
