1. Collaborate with key business stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights that shape the strategic direction of the organisation.

Profile
1. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant.
2. Experienced finance professional, with significant experience in a financial services industry or similar business.
3. Experience coaching and managing people; running a team to an excellent standard.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize a large amount of data into key themes and trends, spotting any anomalies and building a comprehensive story.
5. Advanced financial modelling and strong data skills.
