Main duties of the job You will be the registered CQC Manager and be responsible for supporting and ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulations usingcontinuous improvement methodologies, working alongside colleagues from the Quality department. You will be responsible for the effective day-to-day operational management of all clinical services provided throughout the prison, includingprimary care nursing clinics, GP clinics, and substance misuse services. You will be responsible for the management andmonitoring of all service level agreements (dental services, physiotherapy, podiatry) ensuring performance-monitoring standards are adhered toand the highest standards of care are maintained. This role within the prison is a senior role with responsibility as lead for delivery of serviceoutcomes at a local level.
